(AP) — Empty seats are outnumbering occupied ones at Nebraska men's basketball home games as the team grinds through one of the worst seasons in program history under coach Fred Hoiberg. &nbsp;According to figures provided to The Associated Press, the average number of tickets scanned is just under 7,200. That's less than half of Pinnacle Bank Arena's capacity. Three consecutive January games drew fewer than 5,800 fans. The Jayhawks led by as many as 34 points late in the game and improved to 19-3 overall and 8-1 in the league. This was the first time Kansas had hosted a defending national champion since Dec. 15, 2018, when it beat Villanova 74-71 at Allen Fieldhouse. Baylor fell to 19-4 overall and 7-3 in the league. The Bears had won nine straight games against Top 10 opponents. But they never got close to extending that streak, quickly falling behind by double digits. Adam Flagler had 16 points for Baylor.

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — Keegan Murray had 24 points and 15 rebounds, Patrick McCaffery added 18 points and seven boards and Iowa used a big second-half run to beat Minnesota 71-59. Murray and McCaffery combined to shoot 17 of 32 from the field while the rest of the team shot just 36% (12 of 33). Iowa (14-7, 4-6 Big Ten), which went into the game No. 3 nationally in fewest turnovers per game at 8.9, committed six. The Hawkeyes scored 21 points — including 17 in the second half — off 12 Minnesota turnovers. Minnesota (11-9, 2-9) has lost four in a row and eight of its last nine. Luke Loewe scored 19 points and Payton Willis added 16 for the Gophers.&nbsp;

BEIJING (AP) — Vincent Zhou (jow) is missing from the U.S. men's figure skating team, but Nathan Chen is right on target.

Chen has set the world record during his short program at the Beijing Olympics, scoring 113.97 points. That breaks the previous mark set by longtime rival Yuzuru Hanyu and puts Chen in position to win his long-sought gold medal.

Chen opened with a perfect quad flip, breezed through the triple axel that sometimes gives him problems and drilled a quad lutz-triple toe loop that by itself scored more than 21 points.

His total was more than five points ahead of Yuma Kagiyama, who sits in second place. Hanyu is 20 points off the lead.

Meanwhile, Zhou has tested positive for the coronavirus, and is out of the individual competition. 

The 21-year-old had struggled through a poor free skate for the eventual team silver medalists a day before and was due to compete in the individual competition that begins with the men's short program on Tuesday.

Mayer broke Norway's 16-year grip on the men's Olympic super-G title when he won gold at the 2018 Pyeongchang Games. 

— Marie-Philip Poulin capped a three-goal run by scoring on a penalty shot with 2:35 left in the second period, helping Canada beat the defending-champion United States. The outcome gives the Canadians the top seed entering the playoff round. Barring a major upset, the two global hockey powers are expected to meet once more in the gold-medal final next week.

— Casey Dawson is finally on his way to the Olympics. The U.S. speedskater tested positive for COVID-19 three weeks ago and had struggled to get the necessary clearance to travel to Beijing. He's already missed the 5,000 meters, and his late arrival will likely keep him out of Tuesday's 1,500 meters. 

— American-born Eileen Gu of China has captured gold in women's freestyle big air. — A second Finland men's hockey player has been taken to an isolation hotel after testing positive for the coronavirus in Beijing. Goaltender Jussi Olkinuora has joined forward Marko Anttila in isolation. A Finnish Olympic Committee says the two players recovered from COVID-19 last month and tested negative to travel to Beijing.

— Another Russian women's hockey player has tested positive for the coronavirus after playing against Canada. The forward played against Canada in a game Monday which was delayed because of virus concerns on both teams before the Russians and Canadians agreed to start the game in masks. The Canadians kept their masks on and won 6-1. 

UNDATED (AP) — The Miami Heat are spending another night as the undisputed No. 1 team in the NBA's Eastern Conference.

Bam Adebayo (ad-eh-BY'-oh) dropped in 21 points and Jimmy Butler had 19 as the Heat cruised to a 121-100 win over the Wizards. Miami never trailed and went on a 22-1 run to take a 98-70 lead early in the fourth quarter.

The Heat shot 18 for 32 from long range while the Wizards were just 7 for 31. 

Miami has won three straight since dropping the first two of a six-game road trip. 

— The Suns improved to a league-best 43-10 as Devin Booker scored 38 points in a 127-124 downing of the Bulls. The Suns led by as much as 27 in the third quarter and withstood a push down the stretch to win for the 13th time in 14 games. Chris Paul added 19 points and 11 assists as Phoenix moved to 21-5 on the road.

— Klay Thompson dumped in 21 points and the Warriors extended their winning streak to nine games by topping the Thunder, 110-98. Thompson hit two 3-pointers, including one with just over a minute remaining, to put the Warriors up nine. Stephen Curry added 18 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds for the Warriors, who shot 50% from the field.

— The Raptors own a six-game winning streak after Pascal Siakam had 24 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists in their 116-101 decision over the skidding Hornets. Ball, Murray to replace Durant, Green in NBA All-Star Game 

NEW YORK (AP) — Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball and San Antonio Spurs guard Dejounte Murray have been named to the NBA All-Star Game as injury replacements. They will step in for Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant and Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green.

The NBA also announced that Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum will replace Durant as a starter.

Houston Texans said to be ready to hire Lovie Smith

UNDATED (AP) — The Houston Texans are expected to hire Lovie Smith as their head coach, a person familiar with the process told The Associated Press. The person spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity because the team had not announced that Smith would be hired. The same source said an official announcement was expected later Monday or Tuesday morning. 

Smith, who is Black, will be the second minority candidate to be hired this offseason after the Miami Dolphins hired San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, who is biracial, on Sunday. 

— The Rams could get two former starters back from injured reserve in time for the Super Bowl. Coach Sean McVay said defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day and running back Darrell Henderson are expected to practice with the Rams this week, and there's "a good chance" Joseph-Day and Henderson can play against Cincinnati.

UNDATED (AP) — Auburn is No. 1 in The Associated Press men's college basketball poll for the third straight week. Coach Bruce Pearl's Tigers earned 48 of 61 first-place votes.

Gonzaga earned the other 13 votes and has been ranked No. 2 throughout Auburn's first stay at the top. Purdue, Arizona and Kentucky rounded out the top five. 

Texas Tech rose five spots to No. 9 under first-year coach Mark Adams. No. 22 Saint Mary's and No. 23 Murray State entered the poll. Murray State's poll appearance is its first since March 2015. Iowa State and LSU fell out from last week.

Vols' Nkamhoua to have ankle surgery, likely out for season

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee starting forward Olivier Nkamhoua will have surgery on his left ankle that will likely sideline him for the remainder of the season. Nkamhoua went down in the second half of last weekend's 81-57 win at South Carolina. 

The forward from Helsinki, Finland, was the Vols' third-leading scorer and had started every game this season. 

UNDATED (AP) — Mitch Marner and the Toronto Maple Leafs remain red hot.

Marner's second goal of the night was the game-winner as the Leafs outlasted the Hurricanes, 4-3. He also tied the game with 5:48 remaining in regulation, stretching his goal streak to eight games.

Sources say baseball isn't testing for steroids

UNDATED (AP) — Two people familiar with the sport's Joint Drug Program tell The Associated Press that Major League Baseball has stopped testing players for steroids for the first time in nearly 20 years due to the expiration of the sport's drug agreement. 

When the 2017-21 drug agreement was negotiated, the sides included a provision that states "the termination date and time of the program shall be 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 1, 2021." That matched the expiration of the five-year labor contract.

Pack named Big XII POW

UNDATED (AP) — The Brooklyn Nets were considered among the favorites to win the NBA championship this year, but they are the owners of the league's longest current losing streak.

The skid is now eight games after Nikola Jokic (nih-KOH'-lah YOH'-kihch) torched the Nets for a triple-double to lead the Nuggets to a 124-104 victory. Jokic had 27 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists, giving him a league-leading 14 triple-double. He scored 23 points in the second and third quarters when Denver went from trailing by seven to leading by 21.

Will Barton had 21 points and Aaron Gordon had 17 points and nine rebounds in his return from a two-game absence. 

Kyrie Irving finished with 27 points and 11 assists, and Cam Thomas had 20 for Brooklyn. 

The Nets continue to play without Kevin Durant and James Harden.

Brooklyn coach Steve Nash said before the game that Harden is not on the trading block.

— Joel Embiid (joh-EHL' ehm-BEED') poured in 40 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the 76ers in a 119-108 win over the Bulls. Tobias Harris added 23 points, and Tyrese Maxey had 16, helping the Sixers get within 1 1/2 games of the Eastern Conference-leading Heat. Chicago lost to Philadelphia for the 10th straight time despite DeMar DeRozan's 45 points.

— Giannis Antetokounmpo (YAH'-nihs an-teh-toh-KOON'-poh) had 28 points, Jrue (jroo) Holiday added 27 and the Bucks pulled away in the second half to defeat the Clippers, 137-113. The Bucks had three players with double-doubles. Antetokounmpo pulled down 10 rebounds, Holiday had 13 assists and Bobby Portis 24 points and 11 rebounds. Milwaukee led 60-53 early in the third quarter before it went on a 19-3 run over a 2 1/2 minute span.

— Luka Doncic (DAHN'-chihch) recorded a triple-double and Jalen Brunson had 22 points in the Mavericks' 103-94 win over the Hawks. Doncic finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists after sitting almost the entire third quarter following his fifth foul less than a minute into the second half. The Mavericks never lost the lead with a patchwork lineup that looked similar to when the team was battling COVID-19 issues earlier in the season.

— Boston picked up its season-high fifth straight win as Jaylen Brown dropped in 26 points to send the Celtics past the Magic, 116-83. Dennis Schröder scored 23 points and hit four 3-pointers off the Celtics' bench. Boston limited Orlando to 36% shooting from the floor and 5 of 25 from 3-point range.

— Brandon Ingram furnished 33 points and tied a career high with 12 assists in the Pelicans' 120-107 verdict over the Rockets. Houston led by 5 at halftime but Ingram scored 17 points to power a 38-point third quarter by the Pelicans that gave them a 10-point lead. Jaxson Hayes added 21 points for the Pelicans.

— The Timberwolves earned a 118-105 win over the Pistons as Karl-Anthony Towns delivered 24 points and 12 rebounds. Michael Beasley had 20 points off the bench, and D'Angelo Russell returned with 22 points and eight assists after missing four games because of a left shin contusion. Beasley hit a pair of 3-pointers while Minnesota went on a 19-8 run to take the lead.

UNDATED (AP) — The Cleveland Cavaliers are about to pick up a veteran shooter as they try to chase down first place in the Eastern Conference.

The Cavaliers have a deal in place to acquire Caris LeVert from the Pacers. ESPN reported the Cavs are sending Ricky Rubio and his expiring $17 million contract, a lottery protected first-round pick in this year's draft and two second-round picks for LeVert.

The Cavs are in need of backcourt help following season-ending injuries to Rubio and Collin Sexton. LeVert is averaging 18.7 points and 4.4 assists for the disappointing Pacers.

McDaniel first minority to be hired as head coach this winter

MIAMI (AP) — The Miami Dolphins hired San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel as their head coach, making him the first minority candidate to get hired so far this offseason.

The biracial McDaniel replaces Brian Flores, who was fired despite posting winning records in the final two of his three seasons in Miami. 

McDaniel had worked under 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan for the past 11 seasons and gets his first shot as a head coach after only one year as offensive coordinator.

Flores sued the NFL, the Dolphins and two other teams last week over alleged racist hiring practices for coaches and general managers, saying the league remains "rife with racism" even as it publicly condemns it. 

UNDATED (AP) — Justin Herbert hit Mark Andrews with two touchdown passes, leading the AFC to a 41-35 victory over the NFC in the return of the Pro Bowl.

Herbert won the offensive MVP award after passing for 98 yards and finding the Baltimore tight end for two TDs in the first half of the Los Angeles Chargers star's first Pro Bowl appearance.

New England rookie Mac Jones passed for 112 yards and a touchdown pass in the game, which came back from a one-year hiatus caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Maxx Crosby of the hometown Raiders won the defensive MVP award with two sacks and three tackles for loss.

Kyler Murray passed for 160 yards and three touchdowns for the NFC. 

After playing in the Pro Bowl, Saints running back Alvin Kamara was arrested and accused of beating someone the night before in a Las Vegas nightclub.

Kamara had four catches for 23 yards for the NFC in the game. He was taken into custody and booked at the Clark County Detention Center on charges of battery resulting in substantial bodily harm.

Bynum, Providence win; Hoyas drop school-worst 11th straight

UNDATED (AP) — Sixth-ranked Houston extended its winning streak while staying unbeaten in the American Athletic Conference.

Fabian White Jr. scored 22 points and Jamal Shead had 17 points as the Cougars coasted past Cincinnati, 80-58. 

Taze Moore scored 13 points and Reggie Chaney added 10 for Houston, which is 9-0 in the conference and hasn't lost since Dec. 2.

Houston was dominant from the opening tip, which Moore converted into a two-handed dunk. The Cougars went 10 of 15 from the floor and 4 of 5 from 3-point range to start. 

The other top-25 winners were No. 15 Providence and No. 16 Ohio State.

Jared Bynum scored a career-high 32 points and Providence won its seventh in a row by beating Georgetown, 71-52. The Friars improved to 20-2 overall and dealt the Hoyas their school-record 11th consecutive loss. 

Ohio State cruised to an 82-67 win over Maryland behind E.J. Liddell's 24 points and 11 boards. Justin Ahrens and Zed Key scored 14 points apiece for the Buckeyes, who shot 51% from the field and were 11 of 26 from 3-point range.

BEIJING (AP) — Mikaela Shiffrin's Olympic schedule is off to a disappointing start.

The defending Olympic champion missed a gate early in the first run of the giant slalom at the Beijing Games and was disqualified from the event. Coming around a left-turn gate, she lost control, slid and fell on her side.

The 26-year-old Shiffrin was trying to become the first Alpine ski racer from the United States to win three Olympic golds across a career.

Her next race is the slalom on Wednesday. 

— Beat Feuz finally has the one major victory that had been missing from his overflowing collection of downhill achievements: Olympic gold. The diminutive Swiss skier mastered a tricky course that had never been raced before by the world's best and finished a slim 0.10 seconds ahead of 41-year-old Johan Clarey of France.

— Canadian snowboarder Max Parrot took home the Olympic gold medal in men's slopestyle just over three years removed from being diagnosed with cancer. Parrot scored a 90.96 to hold off Su Yiming of China and Mark McMorris of Canada. American Red Gerard was fourth.

— Kamila Valieva became the first woman to land a quad in the Olympics — two of them, in fact — and her historic free skate put a stamp on Russia's dominant run to the gold medal in the team figure skating event. The U.S. took the silver medal after back-to-back bronze, while Japan won its first team medal with bronze. The American ice dance team of Madison Chock and Evan Bates delivered the best free skate of their career.

— American figure skater Vincent Zhou has tested positive as part of regular COVID-19 screening at the Beijing Olympics, one day after struggling through a poor free skate for the eventual team silver medalists. Zhou is undergoing additional testing Monday to confirm his status. If the results are negative, he will be allowed to compete in the individual competition, which begins with the men's short program on Tuesday.

— Players for Canada and the Russian team are being required to wear masks for their women's hockey preliminary-round game because of what the International Olympic Committee calls "safety and security reasons." The IOC relayed that decision to the International Ice Hockey Federation after the start of the Group A game was delayed by an hour.

— Chinese tennis player Peng Shuai has told a French newspaper in an interview published Monday that international concern over her well-being is based on "an enormous misunderstanding." She denied having accused the Chinese official of sexual assault. The newspaper said it had to submit questions in advance and that a Chinese Olympic committee official sat in on the discussion and translated her comments from Chinese. Peng briefly disappeared from public view in November after she accused a Chinese official of sexual assault on her verified Weibo social media. 

PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Tom Hoge has captured the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, his first victory in 203 career PGA starts.

Hoge took the lead with a birdie on 17 and closed with a 4-under 68 for a 19 under total, two strokes ahead of Jordan Spieth (speeth). Beau Hossler was three off the lead.

Spieth was among seven players who owned at least a share of the lead on Sunday. looked like a winner when he birdied the 12th and 13th holes, and he reached the 15th tee with a two-shot lead. Hoge surged ahead when Spieth bogeyed 17.

UNDATED (AP) — New Jersey Devils center Jack Hughes has been placed on the NHL's COVID-19 protocol list after participating in the league's All-Star festivities in Las Vegas.

Hughes was the youngest player in Saturday's midwinter showcase, scoring three times in helping the Metropolitan Division win the tournament. The 20-year-old Hughes has 12 goals and 15 assists in 28 games this season.

WICHITA, Kan. — Sophomore distance runner Louise Cocking qualified for nationals in her third event and thrower Lushous Davis PR’ed for the second time this season to lead the Hutchinson Community College women’s track and field team at the Wichita State Herm Wilson Classic on Saturday at the Heskett Center.

For the third-straight meet, Cocking qualified for the NJCAA Indoor national championships in March with a third-place finish in the Mile Run. Cocking’s time of 5:23.15 is also the second-fastest indoor Mile time in Blue Dragon history.

Cocking has now qualified in the Mile and the 3,000- and 5,000-meter runs. She has three of the Blue Dragons’ four national qualifying marks for the 2022 indoor season. Pole vaulter Kiana Brown is the other national qualifier.

Davis, a sophomore, posted her second PR of the season in the women’s weight throw and she posted her career-best event finish with a fourth-place effort at WSU. Davis threw 44 feet, 5.5 inches.

The Blue Dragons had several strong performances in the middle-distance races on Saturday.

Sophomore Noel Buckhaults placed ninth in the Mile Run and posted the seventh-best Blue Dragon time in the event at 5:31.09.

Freshman Keneah Romney was fifth in the 600 meters at 1;46.85. Courtney Baetz was eighth in the event at 1:54.16.

Freshman Anastasia Meyer was 10th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:31.83.

Freshman Michelle Gage placed 10th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 12:12.18.

Sophomore Patrisha Doll placed sixth in the shot put with a distance of 36-feet, 6.75 inches. She placed 1th in the weight throw at 39-11.5.

Freshman Gabi Unruh was 10th in the high jump after clearing 4-9.75.

Brown placed 10th in the pole vault at 10-0.5.

Sophomore Hannah Schrock was 10th in the shot put at 36-4.75.

The Blue Dragons will have next week off before the 2022 Region VI Indoor Championships on Feb. 19-20 at the Plaster Center in Pittsburg.

T&F: Cocking, Davis top Dragon performances at WSU

WICHITA, Kan. — Sophomore Donovan Hines let the 60-meter field at the Wichita State Herm Wilson Invitational know that he meant business on Saturday.

Hines became the sixth Hutchinson Community College men’s track and field athlete to qualify for the NJCAA Indoor Championships in March with a third-place showing in the 60-meter finals on Saturday.

Hines, the only Blue Dragon to punch his ticket for nationals on Saturday, ran a finals time of 6.89 seconds. Hines made his national qualifying run in the preliminaries, posting the top-qualifying time of 6.87 seconds. Hines is the second Blue Dragon to earn a spot in the nationals in the 60 meters. Cleydterrious Thompson qualified earlier this season.

Hines had one of six Top 3 performances at the Herm Wilson Invitational.

Freshman Alex Holt finished second in the 60-meter hurdles, posting a career-low time of 8.36 seconds. That time ties for the seventh-best time in Blue Dragon indoor history. He qualified second for the finals with a preliminary run of 8.40 seconds.

Freshman Caleb Manning had a strong day for the Blue Dragons after finishing second in the triple jump at 44-10.25. Manning was also fifth in the high jump (6-2.75 - PR) and fourth in the long jump (20-11.75).

Davion Gardenhire placed second in the 400 meters with a time of 51.66 second. Hines placed sixth in the 600 with a time of 52.38 seconds.

Jovan Jackson placed third in the 600 meters after posting a time of 1:23.50.

Other Top 5 performances for the Blue Dragons on Saturday were:

+ Thompson was fifth in the long jump after going 20-9.5. Andrei Fuentes was right behind in sixth at 20-4.75.

+ Jobe Fowles was fifth in the triple jump after a leap of 47-0.25.

+ Sharim Hamilton was fifth in the 600 with a time of 1:26.50. He also finished ninth in the high jump after clearing 5-10.75.

The Blue Dragons will next be in action in two weeks at the 2022 Region VI Indoor Championships on Feb. 19-20 at Pittsburg State’s Plaster Center.

K-State wins on road over TCU

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — Christian Braun and Ochai Agbaji each scored 18 points and No. 10 Kansas bolted to a big lead and routed No. 8 Baylor 83-59 to hold the top spot in the Big 12 Conference race. The Jayhawks led by as many as 34 points late in the game and improved to 19-3 overall and 8-1 in the league. This was the first time Kansas had hosted a defending national champion since Dec. 15, 2018, when it beat Villanova 74-71 at Allen Fieldhouse. Baylor fell to 19-4 overall and 7-3 in the league. The Bears had won nine straight games against Top 10 opponents. But they never got close to extending that streak, quickly falling behind by double digits. Adam Flagler had 16 points for Baylor.

KU wins big over Baylor

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The No. 13 Blue Dragons (18-5, 12-5) struggled from distance (22.9%) Saturday night against Coffeyville (12-10, 9-7) to drop a second game in a row.

The Dragons led by as many as six in the first half before going into the locker room tied 33-33.

The Red Ravens used 5 of 6 three-point shooting in the second half while holding Hutchinson to 4 of 13 to win the second half 53-38.

The Dragons were cold from distance (4 of 22 in the first half) and finished 22.9% for the game.&nbsp;

Hutchinson got in foul trouble early in the second half. The Dragons committed their seventh team foul just 4:35 into the second half and put Coffeyville in the double bonus with 9:36 to play.&nbsp;

The Red Ravens hit 14 of 18 second-half free throws and made 71.4% for the night.&nbsp;

Coffeyville shot 46.2% from the floor and held Hutchinson to 34.8%.

Strangely, Hutchinson only shot 69 times, taking just four more attempts than Coffeyville. The Dragons average 83 shots per game and are accustomed to taking 10-plus more attempts per game than their opponents.&nbsp;

Angelo Stuart led Hutchinson with 21 points and six rebounds.&nbsp;

For the second-straight game, only one other Dragon (Kobe Campbell) scored double digits (10).

Five Red Ravens scored in double digits, led by Blaise Keita. The 6-11 forward grabbed 11 rebounds.

Deng Mayer also posted a double-double for the Ravens with 12 points and 11 rebounds.&nbsp;

Love Bettis scored 15. Bettis and Keita started for Coffeyville's national championship team a season ago.

FINAL: Coffeyville 86 Hutchinson 71

Hutchinson led by two with 15:09 left, but the Ravens outscored the Dragons 28-11 over the next 10 minutes.

 </figure>HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The No. 13 Blue Dragons (18-5, 12-5) struggled from distance (22.9%) Saturday night against Coffeyville (12-10, 9-7) to drop a second game in a row.The Dragons led by as many as six in the first half before going into the locker room tied 33-33.The Red Ravens used 5 of 6 three-point shooting in the second half while holding Hutchinson to 4 of 13 to win the second half 53-38.The Dragons were cold from distance (4 of 22 in the first half) and finished 22.9% for the game.&nbsp;Hutchinson got in foul trouble early in the second half. The Dragons committed their seventh team foul just 4:35 into the second half and put Coffeyville in the double bonus with 9:36 to play.&nbsp;The Red Ravens hit 14 of 18 second-half free throws and made 71.4% for the night.&nbsp;Coffeyville shot 46.2% from the floor and held Hutchinson to 34.8%.Strangely, Hutchinson only shot 69 times, taking just four more attempts than Coffeyville. The Dragons average 83 shots per game and are accustomed to taking 10-plus more attempts per game than their opponents.&nbsp;Angelo Stuart led Hutchinson with 21 points and six rebounds.&nbsp;For the second-straight game, only one other Dragon (Kobe Campbell) scored double digits (10).Five Red Ravens scored in double digits, led by Blaise Keita. The 6-11 forward grabbed 11 rebounds.Deng Mayer also posted a double-double for the Ravens with 12 points and 11 rebounds.&nbsp;Love Bettis scored 15. HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Blue Dragons (20-4, 14-4) made 52% of their threes Saturday night to make easy work of Coffeyville (15-8, 9-8).

Mya Williams led the three-point barrage by hitting 4 of 7 threes.

Tor'e Alford added another three triples while Mel Kailahi hit two.

Four other Dragons hit a three (Natalie Payne, Kalyn Ervin, Janaya Washington and Kali Howard).

The Dragons also made 25 of 32 free throws (78.1%) while holding the Red Ravens to 34% shooting from the field.&nbsp;

The Dragons shot 47.9% and made more threes (13) than two-point baskets (10).

Coffeyville made just 5 of 17 threes (29.4%).

The Dragons outscored the Red Ravens 20-8 in the second quarter.&nbsp;

Alford led the Dragons with 19 points and four assists.&nbsp;

Williams scored 18 points on 6 of 11 shooting.&nbsp;

Kailahi (12) was the only other Dragon to score in double digits. She also had eight rebounds and four assists.&nbsp;

Devin Wright led Coffeyville with 14 points.&nbsp;
