AUSTIN, Texas –&nbsp;Holly Kersgieter and Taiyanna Jackson combined for 39 points as the No. 23 Kansas Jayhawks suffered a second-consecutive defeat, falling to Texas, 72-59, on Jan. 10 at the Moody Center.

Kansas is now 12-3 on the year and 2-2 in Big 12 play, while Texas improved to 12-5 (3-1 Big 12) this season.

Jackson recorded her league-leading 10th double-double of the season, finishing with 19 points and 12 rebounds, in addition to a career-high-tying five steals, three blocked shots and three assists. Kersgieter added 20 points and five rebounds for her third 20-point effort in the past four games. Wyvette Mayberry had nine points and five assists for the Jayhawks, who also got seven points and four rebounds from Zakiyah Franklin.

Kansas shot 36.4% from the field in the first half, but turned the ball over 11 times, leading to 13 points for the Longhorns, who built a 41-29 lead at the break. Kersgieter had 10 first-half points, while Jackson had seven points, five rebounds, three blocks and two steals for the Jayhawks at the half.

Texas scored the first two points of the third quarter, taking their biggest lead of the night before KU answered with a 10-0 run to get within four at 43-39 with 6:00 to play in the quarter. That would be the closest the Jayhawks got in the quarter as Texas pushed its advantage back to 11 before taking a 54-47 lead into the fourth quarter.

Kansas got within six points early in the fourth quarter, but Texas outscored the Jayhawks 18-12 in the fourth quarter to put the game away, winning 72-59.

KU shot 37.5% from the field, hitting 18-of-48 attempts while shooting 41.7% (5-12) from three-point range. The rebounding battle was even as both teams had 35, but Texas had a 12-8 edge in second-chance points and UT’s bench outscored KU 16-1.

Up Next Kansas stays on the road for a second-straight game, visiting Norman, Oklahoma, on Saturday, Jan. 13, to face the Oklahoma Sooners. That game will tip off at 2 p.m. CT and be televised on ESPN+.

NICKERSON, Kan.—As her long road to recovery from traumatic injury continues, Nickerson High School senior Ava Jones joined her team on the court Tuesday night, scoring the team’s first basket before exiting to a standing ovation.

Since the season started, teams from schools at the high school and college levels have shown support for the Nickerson High School senior, among Kansas’ best athletes prior to July when&nbsp;a vehicle driven by an impaired man crashed into Jones and members of her family. Jones, her parents and her younger brother were in Louisville, Kentucky for an AAU tournament. Jones’ father died from his injuries. At home in Nickerson, she and her mother continue working toward recovery.&nbsp;&nbsp;

For the second time in the 2022-23 season, Hutchinson Community College redshirt freshman guard&nbsp;Aaron Franklin&nbsp;was named the Jayhawk Conference Division I Player of the Week on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-6 guard from Kansas City, Missouri,&nbsp;Aaron Franklin&nbsp;posted his fifth double-double of the season and tied for the seventh-most rebounds in single-game Blue Dragon history in two Hutchinson victories last week.

Franklin averaged a double-double with 23.5 points and 12.0 rebounds per game while shooting 48.7 percent from the floor.

Against Seward County, Franklin knocked down five 3-point goals on the way to a 25-point, 18-rebound performance against the Saints. Franklin is the conference's leading scorer at 23.9 points per game.

Franklin is the first repeat winner in the KJCCC for Player of the Week honors this season. He also earned league honors in Week 1.

The Blue Dragons are off on Wednesday and travel to Garden City at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

MANHATTAN, Kan.&nbsp;&nbsp;– Wyatt Thompson, who is in the midst of his 21st&nbsp;season as the Voice of the Wildcats, has been named the 2022 Kansas Sportscaster of the Year&nbsp;for the seventh time in his career&nbsp;following an announcement by the&nbsp;National Sports Media Association.

Thompson, who will be honored June 24-26 in Winston-Salem, N.C., at the annual NSMA convention, is tied for&nbsp;second all-time among K-State broadcasters in awards and third all-time among broadcasters in the state of Kansas.&nbsp;He also was a 2022 Kansas Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame inductee this past fall.

In addition to his play-by-play duties for Wildcat football and men’s basketball, Thompson can be seen regularly each summer at each Catbacker event across the state in addition to hosting various radio programs, events and programs at K-State and in the Manhattan community. He started his broadcasting career in 1976 as a sportscaster for various high schools, colleges and universities in Kansas, spending time at stations in Great Bend and Abilene. Thompson worked for KAYS radio and television in Hays from 1985 until 1989 where he was the play-by-play voice at Fort Hays State. While in Kansas, he was recognized with the Kansas Association of Broadcasters (KAB) Play-by-Play Award in 1982 and the Oscar Stauffer Sportscaster of the Year Award in 1989. Thompson, also the 2011 recipient of the Hod Humiston Award from the KAB, came to Kansas State in 2002 from Colorado State, where he was the play-by-play voice for CSU's football and men's basketball teams for five years. An accomplished professional, Thompson won the Colorado Broadcasting Association award for best play-by-play in 2000. In addition to his duties at CSU, Thompson was also a sports reporter for Clear Channel Denver, the Countdown to Kickoff host for the Denver Broncos on KOA Radio and hosted the Zone Sports Insiders show on 760 The Zone in Denver.

Sports Headlines for Wednesday

MAIZE, Kan.—Both Hutch High Basketball teams continue to stay undefeated on the season as they traveled to Maize High School on Tuesday and came away with two victories.

Hutch High Girls were victorious 39, Maize 20.&nbsp; The Hutch High boys won their contest 61-46 in the late game.

Hutch High used 3 scoring runs in a game plagued by turnovers by both teams in route to a 39-20 victory over the winless Eagles.&nbsp; Hutchinson trailed 6-5 in the first quarter then put together a 6-0 run an another 13-3 run to lead at halftime 21 to 12. Both teams scored 6 points apiece in the 3rd quarter before the Salthawks closed out the game on a 12-2 run to win 39-20.

The Salthawks were paced by Grace Posch who had 12 points on 4 three-point baskets. Josie McClean tossed in 10 points including a couple key trey's. Mya Thompson added 9 points including going perfect from the foul stripe on 5 of 5 shooting. Aliyah Green scored 4 and Hannah Ames 4 points each. Brynley Smith paced Maize with a game high 7 points. Mattie Brownell scored all of her 6 points in the first half.

Hutch High (7-0) hosts Great Bend in a non-league game at the SAC on Friday night.

Hutch High used tough defence to defeat the Eagles 61-46 by using a strong 3rd quarter as the have all year long.&nbsp; The Salthawks outscored the Eagles 17 to 9 in the third quaerter to build a 49 to 31 lead into the fourth.

Hutch was paced by Garrett Robertson's 21 points before the sharp shooting guard went down with a hyper-extented knee with 41.1 seconds to play in the game. Robertson was able to leave the floor under his own power and looked to be ok after the contest. The super guard combo of Dauntay King and Terrell King had 9 and 7 points to follow up Robertson in scoring along with Julian Smith's 9 points including a couple 3 points baskets in the third quarter. Nic Lange had a solid night with 6 points after being saddled with foul trouble in the first half.&nbsp; Bradyn Rodriquez filled in for Lange and had 4 points of his own in the first half.&nbsp; Wade Meyer added 5 first half points.

Maize was led in scoring by freshman Brayden Myovela with 13 points, plus Jaxon Booth had 12 points including a couple of 3 point baskets.&nbsp; Tay Williams chipped in 7.

Hutchinson (7-0) returns home on Friday to host the Great Bend Panthers (4-4) at the SAC for a non-league match up. The Panthers got a 64-47 win over Great Bend on Tuesday night.

The Salthawks, ranked #3 this past week by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association are one of three undefeated teams in class 5A this season.&nbsp; Topeka-Highland Park (5-0)and Wichita's Kapaun Mt. Carmel (7-0) are the other two undefeated teams.&nbsp; 

Kapaun is coached by former Hutchinson Blue Dragon Coach Steve Eck.&nbsp; Hutch High's head coach Bryan Miller was an assistant on Eck's Blue Dragon coaching staff three years ago prior to Miller taking the Hutch High job. Eck has been the Kapaun head coach the past two years.

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) —&nbsp;KJ Adams Jr. scored a career-high 22 points and No. 2 Kansas closed the game on an 18-4 run to beat Oklahoma 79-75 on Tuesday night at Allen Fieldhouse.

It wasn’t easy, but in what Kansas coach Bill Self calls “a monster league,” a win is a win.

“Give OU credit,” Self said. “They did everything you’re supposed to do to win a game on the road. They controlled tempo. They played smart. For the most part, they took care of the ball. They did a lot of good things. What else could they have done?

“We’re so happy that we won, but that’s about as poor as we’ve played in a long time.”

Kansas (15-1, 4-0 Big 12) got 17 points from Jalen Wilson, 11 from Dajuan Harris Jr. and 10 from Zach Clemence. The Jayhawks have now won 22 straight games against Oklahoma in Allen Fieldhouse, including 16 straight under coach Bill Self.

“We’ve been battle tested so much this year, especially with close games, we always find a way to stay composed,” Wilson said. “We just continued to play our ball. There’s no 10-point play, so there’s no point in rushing the shots.

“There wasn’t a time when I thought the game was over, because I know we’re always going to find a way to win.”

Oklahoma (10-6, 1-3 Big 12) was led by Grant Sherfield’s season-high 25 points. Sam Godwin added 12 points, Milos Uzan had 11 and Tanner Groves had 10.

Kansas led by as many as seven points early in the second half, but Oklahoma used a 6-0 run to take a 50-48 lead with 14:12 left. The Sooners were still up, 56-53, with 11:20 left in the game when Groves picked up his fourth foul.

Oklahoma hung tough, and led 61-56 with about 9 minutes left as Adams was called for his fourth foul. The Sooners’ largest lead of the game — 71-61 — came with 5:19 left.

But Kansas went on a run that’s almost expected when it’s playing at home.

“When something good happens (for Kansas) down the stretch it’s hard to communicate because it’s so loud,” Oklahoma coach Porter Moser said. “There’s a belief in here from the fan base. That snowball starts going downhill.”

Kansas went more than 12 minutes without a field goal in the second half, but Adams ended that streak with a thunderous dunk at the 5:06 mark.

“Juan does that pass all the time so I was waiting for it,” Adams said. “Then Allen Fieldhouse did what they did and got really loud. That gave us a lot of confidence to finish the game.”

A 3-pointer by Wilson cut the deficit to 71-66 and Harris’ layup trimmed it to just 3 points.

After the teams traded buckets, Wilson found Adams underneath for a dunk to cut Oklahoma’s lead to one. Following an OU miss, Kevin McCullar Jr. was fouled on a successful drive to the hoop and his free throw gave Kansas a 75-73 lead.

“I do think it’s this place, but sometimes when you talk about this place you don’t give enough credit to the players,” Self said. “There were some guys making some plays. Kevin McCullar hadn’t done much at all, then he had that unbelievable drive.”

Oklahoma: Hosts West Virginia on Saturday.

Kansas: Hosts No. 14 Iowa State on Saturday.

MANHATTAN, Kan.&nbsp;– Senior&nbsp;Markquis Nowell&nbsp;continued his impressive play with a team-high 20 points and game-high 7 assists, as No. 11/13 Kansas State won its first game as a ranked team in nearly 4 seasons with a gritty 65-57 win over Oklahoma State on Tuesday night before a sold-out crowd of 11,000 at Bramlage Coliseum. K-State (15-1, 4-0 Big 12), which continued its best start to a season in more than 60 years, extended its winning streak to 9 games, which is the longest since a 10-game streak from Nov. 24, 2013, to Jan. 7, 2014. The team is also 4-0 to start Big 12 play for the first time since 2012-13. As expected, the Wildcats took the best shot of a long and athletic Oklahoma State team, which leads the Big 12 in scoring defense (61.5) and ranks third nationally in field goal percentage defense (36.4), 14th&nbsp;in 3-point field goal percentage defense (28.4) and 17th&nbsp;in blocked shots (5.5 bpg.). The Cowboys (9-7, 1-3 Big 12) rode that elite defense to much as a 5-point lead in the first half, including 32-30 at halftime. MANHATTAN, Kan.&nbsp;– Senior&nbsp;Markquis Nowell&nbsp;continued his impressive play with a team-high 20 points and game-high 7 assists, as No. 11/13 Kansas State won its first game as a ranked team in nearly 4 seasons with a gritty 65-57 win over Oklahoma State on Tuesday night before a sold-out crowd of 11,000 at Bramlage Coliseum. K-State (15-1, 4-0 Big 12), which continued its best start to a season in more than 60 years, extended its winning streak to 9 games, which is the longest since a 10-game streak from Nov. 24, 2013, to Jan. 7, 2014. The team is also 4-0 to start Big 12 play for the first time since 2012-13. As expected, the Wildcats took the best shot of a long and athletic Oklahoma State team, which leads the Big 12 in scoring defense (61.5) and ranks third nationally in field goal percentage defense (36.4), 14th&nbsp;in 3-point field goal percentage defense (28.4) and 17th&nbsp;in blocked shots (5.5 bpg.). The Cowboys (9-7, 1-3 Big 12) rode that elite defense to much as a 5-point lead in the first half, including 32-30 at halftime. However, the Wildcats scored 5 of the first 7 points out of halftime to take the lead for good on a 3-pointer by junior&nbsp;Ish Massoud&nbsp;at 35-34 and force a timeout by head coach&nbsp;Mike Boynton, Jr., at the 17:17 mark. K-State twice built a 10-point lead, including 51-41, with just over 10 minutes remaining to cap a 9-0 run and 56-46 after a layup by junior&nbsp;<a href="https://www.kstatesports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/nae-qwan-tomlin/9662">Nae'Qwan Tomlin</a>&nbsp;with just over 7 minutes remaining. However, OSU make a furious comeback with 9 straight points to cut the deficit to 56-55 right before the last media timeout with 3:10 to play. The Wildcats were able to make key plays down the stretch to end the game on a 9-2 run, which included a highlight alley-oop dunk by senior&nbsp;<a href="https://www.kstatesports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/keyontae-johnson/9899">Keyontae Johnson</a>&nbsp;from Nowell with 38 seconds left. 🏀 High School Scores from Tuesday

WICHITA, Kan. — The National Baseball Congress World Series, powered by Evergy, and Wichita State University announced a two-year partnership, solidifying a home in Wichita for the historic tournament for 2023 and 2024.

“We are thrilled to call Eck Stadium home for the next two years, and to bring the tournament fully back to Wichita” said NBC Tournament Director Katie Woods, “Wichita has been the home of the NBC since 1935, and the Wichita State athletic department has been great partners as we work to make the 89th&nbsp;year a fantastic one for both teams and fans.”

The NBC World Series is the country’s premier summer collegiate baseball tournament, and features teams from across the United States annually. The NBCWS was founded in 1935 by Hap Dumont in Wichita and was played at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium through 2018. Known for its unique promotions and high-quality baseball, the National Baseball Congress has had more than 800 former players go on to play Major League Baseball.

“Wichita State Athletics is honored and blessed to continue our long-standing partnership with and support of the NBC Tournament,” said Senior Associate Director of Athletics Brad Pittman.&nbsp; “Eck Stadium, Home of Tyler Field, is a premier collegiate baseball facility capable of providing a first-class student-athlete and participant experience.”

Sixteen teams are slated to participate in the 2023 NBC World Series, with bids being announced over the summer, prior to the tournament. Defending champion Santa Barbara Foresters (CA), as well as the runner up Hays Larks (KS), both receive guaranteed bids for their finishes in the 2022 NBC World Series.

“For 2023 we are focused on two things – improving the experience for fans by bringing back the fun and energy that the NBC has been known for in Wichita, and improving the team experience and competition,” said Woods. “On the team side that includes increasing team compensation by more than 25%, creating a team ambassador program, building a better network of transportation, meal and entertainment partners, and solidifying the bids earlier. For fans, that means a simpler ticketing format, bringing back the Coleman Hill experience where fans can bring their own food and (non-alcoholic) beverages, added entertainment, and more partnerships throughout the community.”

The Bulldogs knocked off&nbsp;TCU&nbsp;in the&nbsp;College Football Playoff&nbsp;national championship 65-7 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. By leading Georgia to its second consecutive national title, Smart earned himself another $1 million,&nbsp;according to Front Office Sports.

Georgia dominated TCU in every facet of Monday’s title game en route to the 58-point victory. The Bulldogs got another all-time performance from&nbsp;Stetson Bennett, who threw for 304 yards and four touchdowns in the air while rushing for two touchdowns on the ground, to win his second straight title.

In July, Georgia announced Smart signed the 10-year, $112 million contract — keeping him at his alma mater for the next decade.

“The University of Georgia Athletic Association and head football coach&nbsp;Kirby Smart have agreed to a contract extension through the 2031 season,”&nbsp;the statement read. “Under the new agreement, Coach Smart’s annual base salary and supplemental compensation for the upcoming 2022 campaign will be $10,250,000 with annual increases, culminating at $12,250,000 for the 2031 season.”

Additionally,&nbsp;Chris Low&nbsp;of&nbsp;ESPN&nbsp;put into context just how much Smart will be making under his new deal.

“Sources tell ESPN that&nbsp;@GeorgiaFootball&nbsp;coach Kirby Smart has agreed to a new 10-year deal worth a total of $112.5 million, making him one of the highest paid coaches in college football,”&nbsp;Low said.

Athletic director Josh Brooks also shared his excitement to sign Smart to the extension.

The Halstead Bentley USD  440 Board of Education voted 6 to O, with one person abstaining to terminate Chris Santora from the positions of the school based therapist, assistant golf coach and head boys basketball coach Monday night. 

Santoro says he was fired as Halstead's basketball coach in late December due to his therapist license expiring. He said he was working on getting it renewed.

UNDATED (AP) — The gains have come quickly for Kansas State under new coach Jerome Tang.

The 11th-ranked Wildcats haven’t lost in more than a month and turned two road wins against ranked Big 12 teams last week into Monday's headline-grabbing debut in the national rankings. They play Tuesday against Oklahoma State and then visit No. 17 TCU on Saturday as part of the national AP Top 25 schedule with their first ranking since the 2018-19 season.

“I am very happy for our fans and for our players and for our staff,” Tang said at a news conference Monday. “Our goal wasn’t to be a ranked team, but it is pretty cool that long the journey it happened.”

Tang had spent 19 seasons at Baylor before taking over at Kansas State, a program picked to finish last in the 10-team Big 12. But the Wildcats (14-1) dropped 116 points in a win at now-No. 10 Texas and claimed a high-scoring overtime win at Baylor last week, matching the program’s best start since the 1958-59 season.

While teams have gone from unranked to the top 10 before, NCAA director of media coordination and statistics David Worlock said Kansas State is the first to go from unranked to as high as No. 11 after the turn of a new year.

Keyontae Johnson averages a team-high 18.8 points, while No. 2 scorer Markquis Nowell posted two huge performances (36 points against Texas, 32 against Baylor) in last week’s wins. Kansas State enters the week with eight straight wins and its first 3-0 start in Big 12 play since the 2012-13 season, and has already matched last season's win total in Bruce Weber's final year.

The Big 12 is tied with the Southeastern Conference for the most ranked teams with five each, and Kansas State isn’t the only one of those meeting Top 25 opponents. The Longhorns host TCU on Wednesday, while No. 2 Kansas hosts No. 14 Iowa State on Saturday.

Fourth-ranked Alabama has moved to the top of the SEC’s ranked teams, just ahead of Tennessee in the Volunteers’ first appearance this season inside the top 5. The Crimson Tide visit No. 15 Arkansas on Wednesday for the week’s top matchup, though the Volunteers have a noteworthy Saturday visit from unranked Kentucky.

No. 25 Marquette joined No. 19 Providence as the Big East’s two additions to Monday’s latest poll. The Golden Eagles won’t have an easy week back in the AP Top 25 schedule with Wednesday’s visit from sixth-ranked Connecticut and Sunday’s trip to No. 12 Xavier.

Houston, which is back at No. 1 for the second time this season, has a light week. The Cougars host South Florida on Wednesday, then don’t play again until visiting Tulane on Jan. 17.

Clemson is the unexpected leader of the Atlantic Coast Conference and sitting just outside the AP Top 25. The Tigers (13-3, 5-0 ACC) host two-win Louisville on Wednesday before getting a marquee matchup with No. 24 Duke on Saturday, and a win against the Blue Devils could be enough to push the Tigers into the poll for the first time in two years.

There's also Florida Atlantic (14-1, 4-0 Conference USA), which enters the week with the nation's second-longest winning streak at 13 games. Dusty May's Owls visit Florida International on Wednesday then host North Texas on Saturday as they chase the program's first-ever appearance in the AP Top 25 poll.

🎥🏀 Hutch High Salthawks travel to Maize for key AVCTL Game

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Stetson Bennett flashed a wry grin as he walked off the field, stopping to hug coach Kirby Smart as the crowd roared.

It was all standing ovations and sideline snacks in the fourth quarter of college football’s most lopsided title game.

In emphatic and overwhelming fashion, Georgia became the first team to repeat as College Football Playoff national champions and left no doubt the ’Dawgs are the new bullies on the block.

Bennett threw two touchdown passes and ran for two scores — in the first half — as No. 1 Georgia demolished No. 3 TCU 65-7 on Monday night.

The Bulldogs (15-0) are the first repeat champs in major college football since Alabama went back-to-back a decade ago. There appears to be a new dynasty emerging from the Southeastern Conference.

“We wanted our kids to play without fear,” Smart said. “All year I told them, I said, ‘We ain’t getting hunted guys, we’re doing the hunting, and hunting season’s almost over. We’ve only got one more chance to hunt,' and we hunted tonight.”

TCU (13-2), the first Cinderella team of the playoff era, never had a chance against the Georgia juggernaut. Unlike Michigan in the Fiesta Bowl semifinal, the Bulldogs would not succumb to the Hypnotoads' spell.

Georgia turned in one of the all-time beatdowns in a big game, reminiscent of Nebraska running over Florida by 38 in the 1996 Fiesta Bowl, USC's 36-point rout of Oklahoma in the 2005 Orange Bowl and Alabama's 28-point BCS blowout over Notre Dame in 2013.

Too much talent. Too well-coached. Two straight titles for the ’Dawgs.

No team has ever scored more points in a national championship game, dating to the beginning of the BCS in 1998.

With 13:25 left in the fourth quarter, Smart called timeout in the middle of an offensive drive so Bennett could exit to hero’s ovation in the final game of his circuitous college career.

“That was special,” said Bennett, who finished 18 for 25 for 304 yards and four touchdown passes. “I’ll remember that for the rest of my life.”

Georgia offensive linemen were munching on chicken wings on the sideline as the game wound down. Then, for the second straight year, the Bulldogs were showered by confetti and presented a championship trophy.

“I love this team, I love those fans, I love our band. I love everybody,” Bennett said during the presentation ceremony. “Back-to-back, baby. Back-to-back.”

Smart is now 81-15 in his first seven seasons at Georgia with two national titles. His mentor, Alabama coach Nick Saban, was 79-15 with three titles in his first seven seasons with the Tide.

The Bulldogs were a different kind of dominant this season after losing 15 NFL draft picks from the 2021 team: not quite as stingy on defense, but more explosive on offense.

“Last year’s team probably had more talent on it,” Smart said. "But this year’s team was different, like they had this eye of the tiger. They weren’t going to lose.”

Earlier in Smart’s tenure at his alma mater, Georgia fans worried about whether the former defensive coordinator for Saban would be able to build an offense to match this high-scoring era of college football.

Under third-year coordinator Todd Monken, the Bulldogs have become prolific, creative and diverse offensively. They picked apart TCU’s 3-3-5 defense from all angles.

Versatile tight end Brock Bowers had seven catches for 152 yards. Receiver Ladd McConkey caught two TDs. Georgia ran for 254 yards with seven players gaining at least 10.

The Bulldogs scored all six times they touched the ball in the first half. Twice Bennett ran it in himself; the former walk-on turned two-time national champion was barely touched on the two quarterback keepers.

He hit a wide-open McConkey for a 34-yard score in the first quarter, a perfectly executed play out of a bunched formation that had TCU’s defensive backs in disarray. Bennett’s 22-yard score to Adonai Mitchell was a higher degree of difficulty, dropped in over a defender who had tight coverage.

It looked a lot like the Bennett-to-Mitchell touchdown that gave Georgia a fourth-quarter lead it would not relinquish against Alabama in last year’s CFP title game.

Georgia vanquished the Tide to break a 41-year national title drought last season, avenging its only regular-season loss in the process.

There was no such drama against the upstart Horned Frogs.

“The journey was great. It’s something I’ll never forget,” TCU running back Emari Demercado said. “Obviously, didn’t end how we wanted it, but at the end of the day this journey was something great.”
