We'll start with NFL football from yesterday three playoff games. It was Buffalo winning over Miami by a score of 34 to 31. The New York Giants upset Minnesota by a score of 31 to 24. It was the Cincinnati Bengals holding on to beat the Baltimore Ravens 24 to 17. Tonight, Dallas at Tampa. That will wrap up our first round of playoff games, 7:15 pm on ESPN.
Chiefs Kingdome show comes your way tonight from 7 to 8:00 on BW Radio Sports the Chiefs will talk about their matchup with now Jacksonville. That game has been set for a 3:30 kick off on NBC this coming Saturday.
The Georgia Bulldogs made a tragic announcement this weekend. Let's get the latest from CBS.
"The University of Georgia made several posts on social media announcing offensive lineman Devin Willock and recruiting staff member Chandler Lacroix were killed in a car wreck. It happened just hours after the Bulldogs celebrated their second straight national championship with a parade and ceremony at Sanford Stadium.
Two other members of the football program were also injured in the crash. They weren't identified, but the school says they're in stable condition.
Police say their car hit two power poles and several trees after running off the road early Sunday.
KU Football team secured two pivotal verbal transfer commitments over the weekend. LSU defensive back Demaryius McGee announcing his commitment via Instagram.
The former four star recruit from Pensacola, Florida, spent two seasons at LSU and would have three seasons of eligibility remaining. KU's other weekend commitment on Sunday was from former Utah State linebacker Patrick Joyner Jr. Like McGee, he made the announcement via social media. He played two seasons with the Aggies, has one year eligibility remaining.
