HUTCHINSON, Kan. — After filling the vacant county counselor position earlier in the month, Reno County commissioners may be ready to fill the vacant county appraiser's post when they meet later this morning.
According to County Administrator Randy Partington, the board will meet in executive session and may have a final candidate at the end of that session.
The county has been looking for a new appraiser since Brad Wright left the department in June of 2021.
