HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A former Hutchinson police officer pleaded guilty to twelve felony charges related to sex crimes and five misdemeanors related to breach of privacy Monday afternoon in Reno County District Court.
Todd W. Allen will receive 282 months in prison, according to the plea agreement.
The plea hearing was before Judge Jeff Newsum.
The formal charges originally filed against Allen had included 17 felonies and seven misdemeanors.
Allen was arrested Aug. 17, 2022 for crimes that stretched back as far as 2012.
Allen is scheduled for sentencing May 22 before Judge Keith Schroeder.
