HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutch Post reported that Stacy Goss filed for election last week, but it's important to note that the other two sitting council members whose terms are up have also filed for their seats.
Stuart Conklin III and Steve Garza have filed for the northeast and southeast district council seats, respectively.
No challengers have filed in any of the three applicable races.
Conklin and Garza are running for four-year terms. The at-large seat, filed for by Goss, is a two-year term.
The filing deadline is June 1.
