HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson City Council member Stacy Goss wants to keep her temporary job.
Goss officially filed Thursday afternoon to run for the At-Large seat on the council. She was voted in by her fellow council members after the resignation of Sara Bagwell.
"I am very excited to continue to serve as I work alongside residents, community leaders and other elected officials toward making Hutch the best it can be," Goss said on social media. "During my short time in the city council so far I have learned a lot about the operations of the government and the culture within. I think both are in a continuous improvement process to best serving the citizens of Hutch. I look forward to being a part of the work, the process and the solutions. I’ll be sharing with you all from the campaign trail this summer and fall."
