Macke-Dick reappointed Chief Judge

TOPEKA, Kan. —The Chief Judge for the 27th Judicial District representing Reno County has been reappointed to that position. 

Judge Patty Macke-Dick was one of 27 chief judges reappointed by the Kansas Supreme Court. Their terms are effective January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023.

Chief Judge Macke Dick has served as a district judge since 1989 and chief judge since 2007.

Macke Dick received an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and a law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
