Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time, Night Shift, Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Salary: $22.50 – 27.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Plans nursing care and coordinates changes in physician orders with resident care plans.
Observes and reports changes in resident behavior/physical condition.
Offers input into the assessment of the residents and care planning.
Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation, exercise and transports residents as needed.
Oversees the care provided by CNA/CMAs.
Supervises the passing of medications by CMAs.
Qualifications:
Valid Kansas license required.
Experience in adult care and services helpful.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with a team.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted
