The City of Hutchinson was under emergency accident reporting until shortly after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
If you are involved in an accident, please call 911 and an officer will respond.
"The roads have improved, but they are not completely back to normal," said Captain Dayton Gates. "There are still slick areas, so please drive safely."
