 </figure>By ROD ZOOKHutch PostHUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Commission has approved moving meetings to two times per week. After two weeks of discussion and tweaking the proposal, the board approved to move meetings to the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month.&nbsp;Most of the changes put in place on Tuesday dealt with public comment and the amount of time a person could speak. Currently, public comment is limited to five minutes.The board wanted to be able to allow more time for such comments if it came from a person summoned by the board. But in the end, the board decided that such comments should be separated from the general public comment section of the meeting.
