JOPLIN Mo. — A South Hutchinson man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Jasper County, Missouri on Friday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that 64-year-old Gene Rieman was riding on Kafir Road when he went off the road at a curve and hit an embankment separating him from the bike.
He was taken by EMS to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Missouri for treatment. The accident happened around 1:15 p.m. three miles north of Carl Junction or about six miles north of Joplin.
