South Hutchinson City Council meets this evening

SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — It is a fairly light agenda for the South Hutchinson City Council when they meet Monday evening. The council will take action on a cereal malt beverage license for the Dollar General store and also approve a contract with Lindberg, Vogel, Pierce, Faris for the city’s auditing work.

The council will also take time to discuss the budget and employee compensation. Currently the city has 17 full time employees and a number of part time employees. The matter is for discussion only and no action will be taken.

The council will also go into executive session for a personnel matter and hear the usual reports. Tonight’s South Hutchinson City Council meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the city offices at 2 S. Main.
