Active COVID case count continues to fall in Reno County

HUTCHINSON, Kan. The number of reported active COVID cases in Reno County has fallen below 200.

As of Monday morning, the active case count stands at 199, the lowest since November 3, 2021. The total number of cases did increase by 21 over the weekend but the active case count fell by 20. The number of deaths from COVID stayed at 219.

There are currently 18 county residents hospitalized. The vaccination rate has stayed the same over the past five days at 54.29% or 33,898.
