SUMNER COUNTY — A Hutchinson man was taken to a Wichita hospital after an accident on the Kansas Turnpike Monday morning.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol report at 5:50 a.m. Monday, 56-year-old John Buck of Hutchinson was Northbound on I-35 in a 2010 Ford F-150 when it went into the ditch. Buck overcorrected punching through the wall and coming to rest in the inside median on the Southbound lanes.
Buck was taken to Wesley Medical Center with suspected serious injuries.
