Museum to host Christmas in the Courtyard Dec. 16

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Museum is hosting a Christmas open-house event on Thursday, Dec. 16, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. 

The museum is holding the inaugural Christmas in the Courtyard, which will bring back all of the traditions from the past many remember so fondly. Visitors will enjoy the lights, hot cocoa, cider, music, activities and there may even be a Santa sighting. 

All of the exhibits, including the Oodleplex children’s area, will be open late. The museum says that Christmas in the Courtyard is a time to celebrate the historic moments of the holiday season.
