Pauline Emmajean “Jeanne” Green, 86, died May 22, 2023. She was born June 12, 1936, in Coffeyville, Ks, to Howard Ross and Jessie Josephine (Gillespie) Frantz.
Jeanne retired as an agent for H&R Block, but was most honored as a wonderful homemaker and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed knitting, crochet, needlepoint and sewing, but what brought her the most joy was being with family.
On November 22, 1952, she married Leslie Green, in Lenapah, OK. They shared over 70 years of marriage before his death on February 28, 2023.
Jeanne is survived by: daughter, Sandra “Sandy” Guerrero and son-in-law, Gary of Albuquerque, NM; grandson, Cody McAdams (Bree) of Maricopa, Az; great-granddaughters, Jaidence, Colbi, and Paxton; brothers, Larry Frantz of Wichita Ks, Douglas Donham of Hutchinson, Ks, Rick Frantz of Coffeyville, Ks and sister, Mary Ellen Rutledge of Welch, OK.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, brother, Jim Frantz, eldest daughter, Lesley Hiebert, and the most recent passing of her beloved husband, Leslie.
Funeral service for both Jeanne and her husband, Leslie, will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Elliott Mortuary, with Pastor Sheridan Irick officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
