
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The reported active COVID case count is still falling quickly in Reno County.
As of Thursday morning, the active case count is down to 36, the lowest since July 15 of 2021. The number of new cases is also slowing for the moment, with just seven reported in the past 24 hours.
Currently there are ten county residents hospitalized and the death toll did climb by one to 220. The number of county residents vaccinated increased to 54.5% or 34,175 county residents.
