
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to Julia Westfahl's report to the Hutchinson Housing Commission provided to Hutch Post on Wednesday, the home on 1508 W 17th has been active on the market for over 30 days, unfortunately weather has hindered open houses and showings.
The decision was made to drop the price to $319,000 to bring it back up in the forefront of the market.
The second home at 801 W 17th has been going through another round of gathering bids. The hope is have contracts in place by the beginning of February, with work beginning shortly thereafter.
