KINGMAN COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 6 p.m. Thursday in Kingman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Harley Davidson driven by Brian Scott Kersting, 65, Cheney, was westbound on U.S. 54 just west of NE 150 Avenue.
The motorcycle sideswiped a 2015 Chevy Silverado driven by Daniel Alexander Clark, 38, Kingman, that was stopped on the right shoulder and pulled into the lane of traffic.
EMS transported Kersting and a passenger Melinda Kersting, 66, Cheney, to Wesley Medical Center. Clark was not injured and properly restrained, according to the KHP.
