The Kansas Department of Transportation announces approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects. The letting took place July 19, 2023, in Topeka. Some of the bids may include multiple projects that have been bundled based on proximity and type of work.

Harvey ‑ 15‑40 KA‑6997‑01 ‑ K‑15, from the north city limits of Newton north to the Harvey/Marion county line, sealing, 7.6 miles, Circle C Paving and Construction LLC, Goddard, Kansas, $358,066.63.

Kingman ‑ 14‑48 KA‑6922‑01 ‑ K‑14, from the K‑42/K‑14 junction north to the south city limits of Kingman, crack repair, 12.1 miles, Pavement Pro's LLC, McPherson, Kansas, $105,454.70.

Reno ‑ 50‑78 KA‑6790‑01 ‑ U.S. 50, light towers located north of U.S. 50 0.2 mile and east of Scott Boulevard, lighting, 0.7 mile, Phillips Southern Electric Company Inc., Wichita, Kansas, $245,849.00.

Rice ‑ 4‑80 KA‑6916‑01 ‑ K‑4, from the Barton/Rice county line east to the Rice/Ellsworth county line, crack repair, 25.4 miles, Pavement Pro's LLC, McPherson, Kansas, $228,196.58.
