RULES
1. The “USA 250 Giveaway” contest dates are May 18 – July 4, 2026.
2. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER DAY, PER SPONSOR LOCATION.
3. All entries must be filled out in-person, in-store. Entry blanks or pads may not be removed from stores.
4. “Box Stuffing” or tampering with the registration process to create an advantage for the drawing will warrant disqualification from any and all drawings for the remainder of the contest.
5. Only one cash winner per household for the duration of this contest. No purchase necessary to win. Visit HutchPost.com or listen to EAGLE Hutchinson stations (listed in rule No. 8) for a list of participating sponsors.
6. Only complete, printed and legible entry forms accepted. No adhesive address labels accepted.
7. The “USA 250 Giveaway” is open to all Kansas residents in the KHUT, KWBW or KHMY listening areas who are at least 18 years old, except employees of EAGLE Media and their immediate families. Employees of participating businesses and their families may enter at other participating businesses; HOWEVER, NOT AT THEIR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
8. Participating media with EAGLE Media in Hutchinson are: KHMY-FM My 93-1; KHUT-FM Country 102.9; KWBW-AM 1450/KWBW-FM 98.5; and HutchPost.com.
9. Register any time at participating sponsor store locations during regular business hours or online for participating digital sponsors at HutchPost.com.
10. Each Friday during the contest, each sponsor will draw an eligible “finalist” from their in-store registration box and discard remaining entries. A random eligible digital “finalist” will be computer generated from the online registration at HutchPost.com. A representative from EAGLE Media will draw a random winner from those finalists to be that week’s $1,000 winner. The winner will be announced on air and contacted via phone the following Monday morning. All winners will also be listed on the contest page at HutchPost.com.
11. If a randomly-drawn winner cannot be reached via phone within 7 days of the drawing, the winning name will be disqualified and a new random winner will be drawn from the remaining “finalist” entries.
12. Each weekly random winner will receive a check for $1,000. One grand prize winner will be drawn the final week of the contest. The grand prize is $4,000. Contestants can only win the $1,000 weekly prize once, but they are eligible for the final week of the contest to win the grand prize. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.
13. Signing the entry form or signing up online allows EAGLE Media to use your name, likeness, image, character or voice for promotional purposes.
14. No sponsors or their affiliates assume any liability in connection with this giveaway.
15. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
16. EAGLE Media reserves the right to disqualify any entry for violation of contest rules.
17. EAGLE Media cannot be held responsible for inability to register because of sponsor closure, construction, blockade, online outage or other unforeseen circumstances.
18. All rules, contest dates, registration locations, online registration options or prize monies are subject to change at any time without notice.
