
HUTCHINSON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
Hutchinson Community Foundation announces the hiring of Elicia Lance as program officer.
Lance joins the foundation’s senior program officer and director of strategy in executing the organization’s programs and initiatives. Among her duties will be to oversee the implementation and evaluation of the foundation’s scholarship, leadership development and Youth Philanthropy Council programs.

Lance brings more than seven years of experience in the local nonprofit field to her role, having worked most recently as director of development at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community in Buhler. She held previous roles at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson and the Cosmosphere.
An active volunteer, she has been a Reno County representative on the Horizons Mental Health Center board and a member of the Interfaith Housing & Community Services board. She was a participant in the 2024 Mental Health Leadership Cohort, a member of the Mental Health Task Force, and is an alumna of Leadership Reno County, currently serving as secretary of the Alumni Committee.
Lance earned a Bachelor of General Studies in psychology from the University of Kansas and an associate degree in accounting from Hutchinson Community College.
She and her husband live in Hutchinson and have three children.
