HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Coffeyville (17-11, 12-10) led 13-10 after one quarter of action in the Sports Arena Wednesday night.
No. 1 Hutchinson (28-0, 22-0) outscored the Red Ravens 12-4 in the second frame to take control and never look back.
Four Dragons, led by Akaysha Muggeridge (15), scored in double figures.
Kiki Smith hit just 3-of-10 three-pointers, but finished with 14 points.
Monae Duffy added 13 points and seven rebounds, while Journey Armstead scored 10 with four rebounds and four assists.
Coffeyville's Kyleigh Ortiz hit 4-of-8 triples and led the Red Ravens with 14 points.
Coffeyville cut the Dragon lead to six twice in the final six minutes.
With 3:02 to play, an Ortiz three made it 57-51 before Duffy answered with a three of her own and Hutchinson hit all six of its final free-throw attempts.

Hutchinson is on the road Saturday, March 2, at Barton (20-8, 15-7) for a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
