BUHLER, Kan. — The Buhler USD 313 Board of Education will have its organizational meeting Monday night.
On the agenda is an update from Superintendent Cindy Couchman, the routine annual appointments of employees of the district for official requirements of state and federal law, along with the designation of an official newspaper and all the resolutions required by state statute.
The board will also adopt its official meeting dates, which are generally the second Monday of each month at the Burkholder Administration Center.
In addition, the board will look at the DCS survey results related to figuring out which projects might need to go in an upcoming bond issue and approve the date and time for a work session on that topic.
The board will also take action on the 2023-2024 Negotiated Agreement with its teachers and administrative and classified wages and supplemental contracts.
The board will also receive information on the awarded Accelerator and Innovation Grants from the state for child care.
