Robert Louis Navarro, born to Jose and Concepcion Navarro, returned to sail the seas March 17, 2023.
Robert was born August 25, 1943 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Ellen Louise Wright, and 8 siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Wright Navarro, of 36 years, children, Jose Navarro and Walter Wright, and 4 grandchildren.
Robert was a veteran of the US Army and Navy. He was a long term member of the VFW Post 1361 in Hutchinson, KS. Robert also worked in the civil service at Naval Air Station, North Island, CA.
A celebration of life will be held at Post 1361, 328 N. Van Buren St., Hutchinson, KS. Day and time to be determined.
