🎥180 arrested during 9 day law enforcement effort in Kansas

Operation Washout is an effort organized by the U.S. Marshal's Service to work with local law enforcement nationwide, according to Ron Miller, the U.S. Marshal for the District of Kansas.

In Wichita, Operation Washout ran from September 8 to September 17, 2026.  It resulted in 180 arrests, the clearance of 112 felony warrants and 99 misdemeanor warrants, and the recovery of 13 firearms, according to a press conference held by Wichita Police and the Marshal's Service on Tuesday.
