KANSAS CITY — Six people were injured in an accident just before 1a.m. Saturday outside a nightclub in Kansas City.
According to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez, a Chevrolet Impala carrying five women occupants was stopped in the streetcar lane in front of Aura, 3832 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri, while speaking with a bouncer.
At the same time, a southbound Chevrolet Malibu was traveling on Main from 38th Street at a high rate of speed and rear-ended the Impala with significant force.
All individuals involved were transported to area hospitals for treatment. A passenger in the Malibu was listed in critical condition. impairment appears to be a factor, according to Gonzalez.
