HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Because the new year holiday falls on Saturday, most government offices will be closed on Friday.
Both the Hutchinson city and Reno County offices will be closed on Friday. The county did say the landfill will be open on Friday, but then closed on Saturday. Also the Buhler, Haven and Nickerson city offices will be closed on Friday.
The post office will be open on Friday and will deliver mail, but will be closed on Saturday. Reno County District Court will also be closed Friday.
