HUTCHINSON, Kan.— A Reno County man has been arrested and formally charged in several drug cases from three years ago.
Diego Nevarez is charged with five counts of distribution and possession of meth stemming from several cases from July to October of 2018. He’s being held on a bond of $130,000.
Authorities say it took time to get all of the warrants put together and then more time to locate and arrest Nevarez on the filed charges.
