STERLING, Kan. — Rice Community Health is thrilled to introduce our new Chief Nursing Officer, Aubrey Nuss!

With an impressive nursing journey that began in 2005 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center as a floor nurse, Aubrey's dedication and expertise have seen her rise through the ranks to Manager, Director, and eventually Assistant Chief Nursing Officer.

Aubrey's connection to Kansas runs deep. She grew up in Great Bend and has lived in Sterling for the past 27 years. Her long-standing ties to the area enhance her commitment to serving our community.

Before embarking on her nursing career, Aubrey spent a decade as a paramedic, providing essential services to the residents of Rice and Reno County. It was during this time that she met her husband, Todd, who was also a paramedic for Reno County.

As she steps into her new role, Aubrey is thrilled to return to her roots and bring her extensive experience and passion for patient care to her hometown. We are excited to welcome Aubrey to our team and look forward to the positive impact she will make in our community.
