HAVEN, Kan. — St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haven has electricity and they plan to open the Lighthouse at 11 a.m. Tuesday for people to come & cool off & charge their phones if they still don't have power. Food will also be available.
St. Paul's is at 8513 E Arlington Rd in Haven.
