POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
*Residential Team Leader
Provides a direct line of support and communication between the individuals served, staff and upper management. Provides services to individuals with disabilities to help support dignity, respect, choice and opportunity.
*Directly supervise four to six employees
*Carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws
*Plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance, address complaints

QUALIFICATIONS
*At least eighteen years old or older
*Prefer high school diploma or GED and at least one to two years of experience in the IDD field as supervisor
*Valid driver's license
* Direct Support Professional
(full- and part-time available)
Provide a wide range of personalized care to consumers to enhance the quality of life and support their independence. Duties such as daily living assistance, health and wellness support, emotional and social support, skill development, behavioral support and household management. Pay begins at $14 per hour. Schedule could include weekends and overtime. Different shifts available.
