HARVEY COUNTY — A resurfacing project is due to start Tuesday, July 30, on K-15 in Harvey County. 

The chip seal&nbsp; will be on K-15 from the south city limits of North Newton north to the Harvey/Marion county line. 

The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 12. 

Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and a pilot car, and motorists should be prepared to stop and expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
