RENO COUNTY — The Board of County Commissioners will take up its version of the fireworks resolution at its meeting on Tuesday.
This will bring the county and the city of Hutchinson into alignment, with sale and discharge of fireworks in the county also from June 30 to July 4 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and no bottle rockets.
Each incorporated City in the county may hold its own regulations, if it so chooses, but the county regulations cover all unincorporated portions of the county.
The Board of County Commissioners meets Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Veterans Room of the Reno County Courthouse.
