Sanders to speak on Substance Misuse Wednesday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The third event in the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) speaker series is this Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Wool Market & DIY School, 420 N Main St, Hutchinson.

On Wednesday, guest speaker Dakotah Sanders, Author and ACT Peer Support Specialist at Horizons, will present on Substance Misuse. His talk is sponsored by the Reno Recovery Collaborative.

The event is free and open to the public.Pathways to a Healthy Kansas, a Blue Cross and Blue Shield funding program, in partnership with Heal Reno County launched this speaker series addressing Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) initiatives.

This series features community leaders speaking on different topics highlighted in the CHIP and residents of Reno County are invited to join in on the conversation.
