Louise Merle Gould, 95, passed away at Leisure Homestead in Stafford on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. She was born on August 11, 1928 in Zenda, Kansas to Lewis Eugene and Mary (Mercer) Tatro. Louise married Willis Leslie Gould December 2, 1946. He preceded her in death on December 1, 1970.

Louise worked as a housekeeper with Pratt Regional Medical Center until she retired. She was a member of Free Methodist Church and TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). She enjoyed gardening, reading; especially the bible and love stories, cross stitching, collecting angels, cooking for family Christmas Eve dinner, going for car rides around Lemon Park and Pratt County Lake, and going out for a children's size chicken taco salad. She loved spending time with her family and drinking Pepsi and Diet Mountain Dew.

She is survived by her son, Edwin (Marge Hemphill) Gould of Pratt; son in-law, Jerry Fredrick of Pratt; daughter in-law, Donna Gould of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Sondra (Wayne) Davis of St. John, Troy (Brandee) McGuire of Bullard, Texas, Michael (Whitney) Gould of Pratt, Billy (Wendy) Gould of Wichita, Christina Curley of Hutchinson, Todd (Amanda) Fredrick of Pratt, Matthew (Sasha) Gould of Kansas City, Kansas and T.J. Gould; great-grandchildren, Jacob Davis, Shelby (Trey) Poncin, Brandon Gould, Larissa Gould, Kaden Gould, Kamie Haddon, Kim Haddon, Kayleigh Fredrick, Avery Fredrick, Amber McGuire, Adam McGuire, and Hailey Curley; and great-great-grandchildren, Lane Davis, Colt Davis and Rosslyn Poncin.

Louise is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Leslie Gould and David Gould; daughters, Beth McGuire and Linda Fredrick; grandchild, Mark Fredrick; daughters in-law, Peggy Gould and Mary Gould; and son in-law, Arlyn McGuire.

Visitation will be Monday, July 15, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.; with funeral service beginning at10:30 a.m., all at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt with Tom Harrison presiding. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt, Kansas.
