Advance voting brisk in Reno Co.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — With just a few days left until the Aug. 2 primary,  the advance voting at the Reno County Clerk’s office has been brisk.

As of 11 a.m. Wednesday, 2078 votes had been cast with a long line waiting to vote. Deputy Elections Clerk Jenna Fager also says more than 1,800 ballots have been mailed out. Those ballots can be turned into the clerk’s office during business hours, dropped off in the drop box located in front of the Reno County annex, or mailed in and post marked by Aug 2.

The Annex will be open until 7 p.m. this evening for advanced voting and then again from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday.
