HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven USD 312 Board of Education will meet on Monday to kick off the new fiscal year. That meeting will include the usual appointments and designations to start the year.
Once that is done, the board will take action on several personnel matters and go into executive session regarding negotiations. The board will also take a look at the 2022 budget and discuss whether it can stay revenue neutral under the new state budget guidelines. Discussion will include a possible meeting set for Aug. 3 to go over the numbers.
If approved, the revenue neutral hearing and budget hearing would be held Sept. 13.
Monday's meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the school district offices at 414 W. Main.
