The defending NBC World Series champion Hutchinson Monarchs (6-3) will host the Diamond Kings (2-5) at Hobart-Detter Field in Carey Park Saturday night with the first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m.
Saturday night's game will be Cancer Awareness Night with all proceeds from the silent auction to 50/50 raffle going to the Cancer Council of Reno County.
The Monarchs are back for their 16th season of play in Hutchinson.
The Monarchs are slated for 20 home games with all 20 games set to be video streamed on hutchpost.com as well as on the monarchslive.tv channel. Glen Grunwald will have the play-by-play call with Matt Peterson providing the video stream sponsored by Mid-Way Motors.
