We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Collections Experts to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are results-driven and want to thrive in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact & work with Consumers in resolving outstanding debt obligations while maintaining a professional tone and demeanor.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with Consumers.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving disputes and handling inquiries.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: Competitive rate starting at $31200-41600 annually based on experience & qualifications.
- Bonus Structure: Very lucrative performance-based bonus program that rewards successful collection sand meeting targets.
