HUTCHINSON, Kan. — On Tuesday, the Hutchinson Public Works Street/Traffic division noticed that a traffic signal conduit was damaged by construction at the intersection of 11th and Adams.
On Wednesday, temporary traffic control was installed (stop signs) making the intersection an all-way stop. The traffic signal repairs should be completed by March 31.
