Margaret Sue Ensz, 96, of Inman, KS, peacefully passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, surrounded by family at Moundridge Manor.
Margaret was born on February 16, 1928, in Hesston, KS, the daughter of Jacob H. and Fannie E. (Yost) Dyck. On October 12, 1947, Margaret was united in marriage to Rueben Ensz in Hesston, KS. They were married 59 years prior to his passing on November 30, 2006.
Those left to cherish fond memories are four sons, Galen (Twyla) Ensz of Bonners Ferry, ID, Richard (Deanna) Ensz of Windom, KS, Keith (Linda) Ensz of Inman, KS, and Harlin (Laurie) Ensz of Inman, KS; son-in-law, Kenneth Koehn of Montezuma, KS; sister-in-law, Darlene Ensz of Manitoba, Canada; 21 grandchildren; 77 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and many extended relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Karen Koehn; and six siblings, Harold Dyck, Neva Schmidt, Clifford Dyck, John Dyck, Velma Jantzen, and Kenneth Dyck.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, September 9, 2024, at Zion Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Inman, KS. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, September 10, at Zion Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. Burial will follow at Zion Church Cemetery.
