Fields, a BMX racing Olympic gold medalist, will deliver his keynote, Gold Medal Moments: Reach Your Big Moments, and Be Ready When You Do. Drawing from his journey through three Olympic Games, Fields shares powerful lessons on preparation, perseverance, and performing under pressure.

From falling short at his first Olympics, to winning gold at his second, to overcoming a life-threatening crash at his third, Fields has experienced the full range of outcomes at the highest level of competition. His story is one of resilience, discipline, and growth—offering valuable insight for professionals at every stage of their career.

Attendees will leave with practical tools and fresh perspective on how to elevate performance in both their professional and personal lives. Key takeaways include:

· Intentional Preparation: How to be ready when opportunity presents itself through focus, discipline, and consistency.

· Proven Performance Strategies: Frameworks used by Olympic athletes to perform at their peak when it matters most.

· Managing High-Pressure Moments: Techniques to stay calm, focused, and effective in critical situations.

· Foundations of Success: The importance of setting goals, learning from setbacks, and managing pressure.

“Connor’s message aligns perfectly with the spirit of our business community,” said Marcy Weingartner, Vice President of Membership of the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce. “His story will inspire attendees to stay focused, push through challenges, and be ready when their moment comes.”
