SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As part of its meeting on Monday, the South Hutchinson City Council approved the zoning change request from Open Arms Daycare.

This rezones the daycare from commercial to residential to, hopefully, help them get reimbursement from the USDA for the food they feed the daycare kids.
