HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Due to a water line break in the 2900 block of North Halstead Street, Halstead will be closed at 30th, and closed to thru traffic at 26th Street Thursday afternoon.
Halstead will be open for drop off and pick up at Union Valley Elementary only from the South.
