HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to a Monday email from Rebekah Starkey-Keasling, the Kendal's Koffee scheduled for Friday has been postponed. They are looking for a future date for the coffee.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson City Manager Kendal Francis is looking forward to Friday, as he will hold his first Kendal's Koffee from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Scuttlebutts May 12.
"Come out," Francis said. "It's a question and answer session with the City Manager. "I'm going to buy you coffee and food there from Scuttlebutts. It's your chance to grill me. I do intend to do this regularly. It typically works out about once a quarter. That's usually a good amount of time to build up lots of activity to give people questions."
Francis has been Hutchinson City Manager since January.
