HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As part of their organizational meeting on Wednesday, Randy Parks was named chair and Don Bogner vice-chair of the Board of County Commissioners for 2024.

Register of Deeds Michelle Updegrove also gave her annual report to the board. Reno County Administrator Randy Partington gave his report and answered questions.
