HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Mother Nature has ruined the home opener for the Hutchinson Monarchs, once again. Monarchs owner/GM Marc Blackim has informed Hutch Post that tonight's game against the Great Bend Bat Cats has been postponed due to last nights rain at Hobart-Detter Field.
The plan is to possibly have a makeup doubleheader on Sunday evening at Hobart-Detter Field, but once again it will be weather pending.
