HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Land Bank board will go over properties it might be interested in at the annual tax sale at its meeting this week.
The tax sale is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 12. Properties will be auctioned off at the tax sale and all bidders must register in person the day of the sale. Buyers can look at potential properties online.
If you would like to bid on properties bring photo ID with you to the sale. All properties must be paid by cash or check the day of the sale.
The board will decide how much it is willing to spend at Tuesday's meeting.
The meeting of the Hutchinson Land Bank Board will take place Tuesday at 2 p.m. at City Hall.
